What to expectEach circle begins with grounding, intention-setting and a theme for reflection. From there, I guide an activating three-part breath that invites body awareness, emotional release and access to your own inner wisdom.
We transition to a natural meditative breath with time for integration, reflection and optional sharing.
You are always encouraged to breathe at your own pace.
