What to expect

Each circle begins with grounding, intention-setting and a theme for reflection. From there, I guide an activating three-part breath that invites body awareness, emotional release and access to your own inner wisdom.

We transition to a natural meditative breath with time for integration, reflection and optional sharing.

You are always encouraged to breathe at your own pace.

The breath

I offer an activating three-part breath practice. This breath can help quiet the thinking mind, bring awareness into the body and create space to feel and release emotion that may have been stored or unexpressed.

This is not about performing, achieving or having a specific experience. It is an invitation to meet yourself with curiosity.
